Branch-less banking is kind of financial service provider just like a bank but these are operated from different channel rather than traditional banking system. In this post I have added a short introduction about all branch less banking service provider in Pakistan including UBL Omni, Easy Paisa, Mobi Cash and Timepey. 

1) UBL Omni:-

UBL omni is very first Branch less banking service in Pakistan it is service launched by Unite bank limited. UBL Omni offer wide range of banking services operated by retailers or Omni Dukaan. Omni Dukans are authorized to offer following services to walk in customers.

• Remittances (Money Transfer in all over Pakistan)
• Utility Bills Payment (Electric Bills of all Districts, Water bill, SNGPL, and other companies for detail please click here)
• Mobile Account Opening
• ATM Card Issuance
• Mobile companies Top up and Voucher purchasing 
• Company Bills collection such as (Engro Food)
• Funds Transfer (From Omni account to omni account)
• Cash Deposit and Cash withdrawal 
• WHO payments (World Health Organization employees salaries)
• Further services are still in process to be launched 

In fact UBL Omni is largest Branch-less banking service of Pakistan covering all Pakistani cities and villages, towns etc. UBL Omni still offering UBL Omni Dukan application to increase the number of OMNI agents.

2) Easy Paisa:

Easy Paisa is joint venture of Tameer bank and Telenor launched in Pakistan even before UBL Omni. Easy Paisa is well know service in Pakistan for money transfer services Easy Paisa branches are available all over Pakistan. Easy Paisa system worked with Telenor SIM Card through mobile phone. This SIM card is specially designed for this purpose. Easy Paisa offers  following services to walk in customers.

• Salary Disbursement 
• Mobile Top up 

Timepey is 3rd player on Pakistani market competing in branchless banking sector. Timepey still needs to cover more cities and towns to compete effectively with Easypaisa and UBL Omni in order to sustain it position in market.

4) Mobicash:

Waseela Micro finance bank and Mobilink introduced Mobicash as 4th player in Pakistani market under mobile banking and branchless banking sector. Mobicash offer very same services like UBL Omni, Easypais and Timepey other details are given below.

Mobicash have very few range of services rather than other players of market.
